Natasha “Blondie” Wong, was born and raised in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands to Trinidadian parents, she grew up in a home where the kitchen served as its nucleus. Chef Wong attributes her culinary gifts to her parents, both of whom possess enviable talents in the kitchen. Her Afro-Trinidadian born mom, (Ruby James) and her Chinese-Trinidadian father (Melvin Wong) are to thank for the roasting, braising, smoking, sautéing and creation of roués that are the roots of Chef Wong’s dishes. Natasha found great success in other careers, but after spending a lifetime cooking, baking and catering around the country her skills became widely known in the Florida and Atlanta markets where her clients varied from corporate executives, actors, professional athletes, and city/county officials. She prides herself on creating a sensual experience with food, for those who are fortunate to dine on her delicate fusion of Caribbean and Asian cuisine. Chef Wong caters to Foodies of all kind.
